About Smart Personal Finance

This website is all about smart personal finance. It is for people that want to be smart about their personal finance.

Our Goals – Focussed on you

We want to help you to:

All this can be achieved with an average income, a healthy dose of common sense, and without becoming an expert in money management or investing.

Success for us means we enable you to live increasingly independent of financial worries. We teach a journey and not a get rich quick scheme. We also don’t want to brag about our success, but to have a conversation about how financial independence is achievable for anyone and any life goal. Furthermore, the knowledge we share is not primarily about early retirement, it applies to many financial goals. We want to teach you steps that will allow you to make decisions in life increasingly independent of financial restrictions.

Our Approach – Actionable and Measured

If you’d like to learn more about our approach, start by reading the Four Steps to Financial Independence and the Three Pillars of Wealth.

Personal Finance is personal. That sounds trivial, but it is an important insight to understand that there is no one size fits all approach. Every person starts at a different point in life with different incomes, expenses, and goals. In addition, there are different levels of emotions to take risks in investing. We will try to provide food for thought to make your own decisions. Also, see the disclaimer below.

Dialog – We love feedback

Let’s do this journey together. Please contact us with any questions you may have. We will make an effort to answer you promptly. Your feedback, good or bad is helping us to steer this resource in the direction that is useful to you our audience.
